Foodaholic's Anonymous - Week 6

Hey there! My name is Victoria and I am a Foodaholic and this is the story of my week...


I wish I had a more exciting week to write about. Program wise, I behaved myself - for the most part anyway. I did have a beer and a sip or two on Mother's Day plus using my extra as dessert. Not the best choice as technically my beer and my dessert would both be an extra. Although if I had planned correctly and brought my yogurt for dessert, I probably could have skipped the pound cake.


Speaking of planning - wrote out my food sheet: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner for the upcoming week.

Why? You may ask - because I got some great news... I get to start work again!


I was so excited to get back some semblance of normalcy in my life and return to work but then it dawned on me... I didn't want to go back to normal life because my pre-social distancing life was filled with fried foods, Wendy's, and all those temporarily tasty goodies that are horrible for you. I wanted to go back to work but I didn't want to go back to how my life was before. So I planned out my food sheet for the week and even packed sneakers to bring to my office so I can walk on my lunch breaks.


With another good program week under my belt and some great news of getting to go back to work - I was actually excited to weigh in and start my new week off with a loss.


Down two and a half pounds making it only one and a half pounds until I am at my next mile marker: a 20-pound loss!
