Thin's In has been helping people lose weight for over 30 years. Our staff has all lost weight on our program, and kept it off, there by understanding the need for an easy to follow food program.
Dianne Rubin, owner and senior lectured leads a dedicated staff of professionals who are trained to help you in this important step.
The program was developed and written with the hope that even the busiest person will find it interesting, exciting, and easy to stay on program, reach goal, and most important, maintain your desired goal weight.
It was written with love and understanding of the overweight person in a busy, modern world. Use this program as you would a hammer when building a house. Let it be a tool that allows you freedom of choice without compromising nutritional balance. Used correctly and conscientiously this program will help you achieve our common goal: Reaching your desired goal weight and maintaining it.
