Foodaholic's Anonymous - Week 3

Good Morning! My name is Victoria and I am a recovering Foodaholic. Currently an annoyed yet recovering Foodaholic.

Last week I had a mini rant about how weight-loss places and fad diets never really tell you all the nitty gritty details about how much your body goes through when you change your diet and eat healthier.

Well - not to get to graphic but my body is at the "let's get rid of all the toxins from fast foods and other garbage you ate for the past 28 years of your existence" phase. So. Not. Fun. On the bright side - no more headaches.

Actually, now that I say that out loud - I think I'd rather have headaches. Haha.


Anyways...my week was great. I went for a five mile hike one day with the dog. Not sure who was more sore the next day, her or me.

I also cooked dinner for a guy and managed to stay legal! I know, right??? I didn't eat all of my layaways but I didn't overeat bad food either.

I also tried a few Thin's In Frozen Entrees this week to and they are good! Not like a Lean Cuisine or one of those other frozen meals that you can buy at Walmart but an actual dinner! I almost couldn't finish the Baked Pasta Marinara it was so filling but it was also very tasty (hey, I said almost). I also had one of the Thin's In Pizzas and can I just say, what a great way to have pizza without using it as an elective? Plus it had sausage on it! I know!!


21 days have past and Program is officially a habit. I don't mind weighing and measuring or only eating two breads a day. I also love having my salad everyday.


Oh! Before I go... I am down another FIVE POUNDS! Which means in only three short weeks, I have lost a total of thirteen pounds. Woot! Woot!
